FOUNDER & CEO
As Founder & CEO, Josiah leads Royal’s overall direction, operations and company coordination. His vision is to make Royal a central connection for the many needs of a home—inside and out. He is building the service network and the systems that support customers, employees and partners, with faith and fair treatment at the foundation.
His focus: dependable service, clear communication and a company that grows by caring for people.

CO-FOUNDER & PRESIDENT
As Co-founder & President, Dez supports the company’s overall direction alongside Josiah. His primary focus is Royal Property Connections, specializing in foreclosure-related homeowner and buyer connections. This is where he dedicates most of his time: helping homeowners explore connections and support for their property’s next chapter. The property division also welcomes homeowners exploring a sale outside of foreclosure.
His focus: listening to the homeowner, understanding the next step and bringing the right people into the conversation.
SHARED LEADERSHIP
Josiah leads Royal’s overall direction, operations and coordination. Dez focuses primarily on foreclosure and property connections while supporting the company as President. Together, they oversee Royal Lawn Services and work toward the same mission: care for homes, serve people and build lasting connections.
