Privacy & service notice

Updated October 10, 2026.

What you share

Quote requests include your name, phone, email, city or ZIP, home or property size, business or project name, cleaning preferences, and any notes you provide. Partner applications include contact information, business name, service area, and business details. Please do not submit payment information, entry codes, or other sensitive information.

How we use it

Royal Cleaning Connections uses these details to review requests, contact you, and coordinate possible cleaning referrals. With your consent, relevant quote details may be shared with a potential independent cleaning partner. Contact is about your request, not a subscription to unrelated marketing.

Storage and access

Requests are stored in our website database and available to authorized owners, division managers, and the workers assigned to a request as needed for their work. We also store a hashed network address and submission time to help limit spam. We do not use advertising trackers on this site. Hosting and security services may process technical information needed to operate the website.

Your choices

You can ask to correct or delete your information or withdraw permission for future referrals. Submit a request using the website form with “Privacy request” in the notes, and provide the email used for your original request. We will verify the request before making changes. Data already shared with a cleaner is subject to that cleaner’s own practices.

Who performs each service

Royal Lawn Services and Royal Junk Removal perform their services directly through Royal’s crew. Cleaning Connections is a referral service to independent cleaning businesses. Planned trades and property interests are reviewed separately.

The cleaning referral relationship

Royal Cleaning Connections connects customers with independent providers and may receive a referral fee from a provider. Providers confirm scope, availability, price, cancellation policies, and payment terms directly with customers. Submission is not a booking, price guarantee, or promise of availability. Royal Cleaning Connections does not perform the cleaning work.

Addresses, maps and partner access

We collect property or business base addresses to help match requests with nearby providers across Texas. The owner may use the U.S. Census geocoding service to locate an address. Map tiles are provided by OpenStreetMap; viewing a map sends your IP address and the requested map area to the tile provider. Exact customer names, addresses and contact details are shown to authorized owners, division managers, assigned Royal workers and assigned active cleaning partners. Other active partners can view open opportunities by city and cleaning type and express interest.

Partner job updates and bank transfers

We record partner acceptance, arrival, completion and payment reports with timestamps. These updates are self-reported; the website does not track live GPS. Bank transfers occur through a bank or external payment provider. The owner confirms payments received. Archived or deleted requests are removed from working lists and retained privately for recovery and referral records.

Junk removal requests and photos

Royal Junk Removal uses your name, phone, optional email, service area, item descriptions, access details and optional photos to review a quote and arrange a pickup. Photos are stored privately and can be viewed only through Royal’s restricted internal system. These requests are separate from cleaning referrals and are not displayed to cleaning partners.

Submitting either form does not book an appointment or take payment. For changes or removal of your request or photos, submit a request through the relevant service form with “Privacy request” in the notes and identify your service and request reference.

Lawn-care requests

Royal collects your contact information, service address, Texas city and ZIP, requested lawn care, approximate yard size, frequency, timing and optional yard notes. Royal uses these details to review and quote work performed by its own lawn crew. Lawn requests are kept in Royal’s restricted internal system and are not shown to independent cleaning partners. Submission does not book a visit or take payment. A hashed network address and submission time help limit spam.

Request confirmations and owner notifications

When Royal’s email connection is enabled, new requests send a confirmation to the email you provide and a review alert to approved Royal owners. Our email service processes the recipient address and message contents. Private records remain in the restricted dashboard. Provider acceptance does not guarantee inbox delivery. Requests without an email address are still saved for owner follow-up.

Business records, employee files and payments

Royal’s restricted internal system stores customer and team records, assignments, financial entries and private employee documents. Document uploads and downloads require authorized owner access or the employee’s own approved account. Employees cannot access one another’s documents; managers do not receive access to employees’ tax or identity documents. Manual job-map locations are separate from voluntary employee location sharing. Customer checkout and contractor onboarding use Stripe-hosted pages when configured. Card and bank-detail entry stays with Stripe. Payment status is checked with Stripe, and payment records are private to authorized owners. Recurring payments begin only after the customer authorizes a subscription through Stripe checkout. Bank reconciliation stores imported bank statement rows and reviewed ledger matches; it is not a live bank connection. Manual financial entries are records entered by the owner. Payment connection secrets are encrypted on the server and are not displayed again.

Royal Team, hiring and location sharing

Hiring applications collect contact information, city, division interest, experience and availability. Hiring approval creates a private team-access record; accounts are bound to the approved person’s authenticated sign-in. Employee records include onboarding contact and emergency details, uploaded paperwork, orientation acknowledgments, shifts, availability, requests, job progress and clock entries. Owners may access company and personnel records. Division managers access crew schedules, jobs and hours within their approved scope; employees see their own records and published information.

Clock-in and returning from an unpaid break require a one-time precise device-location check against the assigned job-site pin. We retain the successful coordinates, reported accuracy, device timestamp, site pin, distance, authenticated account and server verification time in the private audit record for timekeeping review. Clock-out does not require location. This verification is separate from continuous location sharing. Browser location is device-reported and is not proof against spoofing. If verification fails, report all worked time to a supervisor for correction.

Work location sharing is optional and requires the employee to start it and approve browser location permission while clocked in and working. We store the latest coordinates, accuracy and server timestamp. Sharing stops on breaks and clock-out; positions are removed when the employee stops sharing and expire from manager views after five minutes without an update. We do not record movement history. Browser or device background limits can pause updates. Map providers receive technical information needed to load maps.

New network interest registrations

Homeowner, professional and property interest forms collect your name, contact information, city, state, optional ZIP, category, description and business name where applicable. Royal uses them to understand demand and contact you about development of its network. Records are private to the owner and are not public listings or automatic referrals. Registering does not book work, approve a provider or create a property transaction. We store a hashed network address and submission time to limit spam. Use the appropriate interest form with “Privacy request” in the description for correction or deletion requests.

Welcome Home saves your dashboard name, city label, weekly pickup days, everyday contact details and home-care tasks in this browser’s local storage. These details are not uploaded as household account records or shared across devices. Clearing browser storage removes the saved dashboard. Suggested maintenance tasks can be changed or removed; the dashboard does not send notifications. Do not store access codes, passwords or sensitive financial information.
